Rohit Gupta, as generation two within Rohit has transformed an Edmonton based home builder to a national multi-faceted real estate organization that is involved with new homebuilding, retail, office, residential rentals, healthcare, land development, and proptech. His belief, that building community is more than just building homes, has allowed him to create a team that tackles difficult problems, such as finding the missing middle, working on urban-mixed use developments, and exploring new models for delivery of healthcare infrastructure. As President, his strategic direction for the firm and focus on having a holistic view on solving problems has allowed the organization to become one of Canada’s largest developers that has systematically expanded eastward, from Alberta to Ontario.

Rohit serves as a member on the Business Council of Alberta and is a past board member of organizations such as Explore Edmonton, ANHWP and PHBI. He also has an MBA and BSc in Computer Engineering.
